I signed a leasing contract with this property in May 2023 and moved in August of 2023 on the 17th. The following day I filled out a move-in inspection of all damages and other amenities that were present in the apartment. This included water damage on the balcony and hardwood floor, broken blinds, broken towel holder, black marks from the rundown heaters, and other small things listed in the move-in inspection file where I did receive confirmation that the file was received on their end. The only thing that was fixed at this time was our a/c. Nothing else was done to be fixed. My roommate and I were also harassed about our balcony having clutter but we did not have anything on the balcony and sent photo evidence and explained how damaged and hazardous it was to stand out there. A few months ago our internet was shut off and we called and emailed numerous times for the internet to be turned back on since it is included in our utilities as well and we had to confront the manager about the issue. After sending an email last month about our balcony and other issues not being fixed again. I had not received an email back and was told the balcony would be fixed but asked we do not go on it as it was in-fact unsafe as we already pointed out. I have reached out and scheduled a meeting with the property manager and was cancelled last minute after I had already been driving 2 hours to this location to discuss and had to reschedule with no explanation as to why they were not showing up.
