    They refuse to let people with low income get help from outside sources like the *********************** in ******* **. On account of "the cac documents stopping us from enforcing our lease." All i need is help with rent and they dont have the respect for their tenants to get help. Im currently out of a job and they have been informed of this but offered a "repayment agreement" how i will pay this i dont know. But this is a terrible thing to do and is a horribly greedy practice. They need to do better and realise that people need help sometimes and not increasing the rent for 6 months shouldn't be an issue.

    I've lived at Dabco property since December 2020 and I haven't been happier. But on Dec 15th ************************************************************* the building where I live, so I have to *temporarily* move to a different one. I move to a unit that's just okay for the noise from cars since it is close to WSU. Supposedly, the project is done by 6/24/2022. I move in on Feb 28, 2022. June 24, 2022 I talk to my community manager regarding going back to my main unit, but my apartment has been rented to another person. What? Yes, someone else lives in the apartment that I signed my lease agreement for. I signed Zero documents for the *temporarily* apartment I'm in right now.I've started having insomnia (or that I thought it was) and what a coincidence that it stared when I moved in to the *temporarily* unit, not knowing that downstairs neighbor has been banging on his ceiling/ my floor in the middle of the night, every night. Still banging as I'm writing this review. With hours of broadcasting while I wake up not knowing why I'm awake. I bring these recordings to management, they land on deaf ears. I'm tired of living here, so tired.
