    ****** K We received an estimate of $450 - $750 per vent to install five vents in our foundation via email by the *** **********************. The high estimate would have come to a price of $3,750.After many delays and workers putting in "make work" hours, during which time there was no onsite project oversight, we received a bill for $8,633.11, well over twice the high estimate. That, after letting Mr. ********************** know that he'd overcharged for some of his workers according to hourly wages previously quoted, his first billing came to $9,467 to install five foundation vents. There was no communication during the job to alert us that costs may be significantly higher than estimated.There was much wasted labor and time spent not working on the job. Workers spent a day and a half constructing vent shelters out of 2x4s and plastic which were discarded at project's end. We were charged over $600 just for someone to drive to ********** to rent and return a tool. Hourly rates for laborers ranged between $65-$85/hour. Communication was erratic and the contractor often didn't know what was going on or where his guys were. The job was not finished as quoted - we didn't learn this until they were gone so will have to finish the job ourselves.If you hire this contractor, make sure you know exactly what you are being charged for and keep track of who does what when being charged by the hour.We are extremely disappointed in the work done by Sullivan Construction Inc. and would not recommend him to anyone.

    The 2 guys that are doing the work at Wil Ru apartments are very skilled, very professional and they took extra care to ensure that all ** tenants were minimally impacted. Great job! ******
