    On 9/17/2023 I ordered a #9 ************ sandwich, two bags of chips and two sides of kicking ranch for a total of $33.57 (Order # *************). The delivery took 1.5-2 hours to show up. The two backs of chips and two sides of kicking ranch were not delivered. The delivery guy said he would return with the missing items but never showed up. To make matters worse, the sandwich is supposed to have four types of meat and the sandwich I received only had one of the four. The one type of meat was room temperature, which caused me to be concerned about the safety of eating the meat since the sandwich could have been sitting at room temperature for up to 2 hours. I tried calling the location multiple times and no one answered. I have filed feedback with Jimmy ****'s about my experience. Almost all of the ****** reviews for this Jimmy ****'s location have very similar experiences to mine. I would like to receive a full refund for this order and recommend that this Jimmy ****'s location be required to remove advertising of 'Freaky Fast' delivery because it is quite the opposite of fast. The advertising is on the online app when ordering from this location.
