      Luxury bus is a joke. I paid over $2000 for a 40 mile bus ride for my sons graduation with NO air conditioning. My son and his friends, 35 of **, all had to take their shirts off. The bus driver was extremely rude. **** saying the ** was on, yes it was on only on him. The rest of the bus was sweltering hot. Will NEVER use them. No apologies or discount. Do not use them

      HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE. *********************** "helped" ** get a quote for a ******* event. I had confirmed with him the ride, done the CC authorization form, and he said we were good to go. Two days later we checked in to make sure we got the invoice/contract where he said we actually do not have a reservation because by the time they processed the request they ran out of buses (something he did not flag in the process once I confirmed the ride, I would have gone with another vendor instead to prevent the risk). He then proceeded to charge our card for the bus we were not even going to get and still has not refunded us. And, they keep sending the CC authorization form to our company? Scammers and untrustworthy for business. Would not recommend.

      Worst nightmare of my life. Booked a bus for a party of 55 people after I paid I ask if it was possible to send me a bus of 35 people they said it was imposible to make any changes since I already signed the contract and paid. Since I was told they couldnt be any changes I kept adding people to my party. Without my permission the sent me a bus Fior 35 people when I paid for a 55 people bus. They insulted us many many time. They have no education, no customers service. Ended up paying for a 55 bus and they sent me a 35 bus and kept my money. Very rude and a thift. Just stay away from them.

      This company should not be chartering you anywhere. Terrible experience, they cancelled the trip midway and did not refund anything.

      This company should not be chartering you anywhere. Terrible experience, my guest missed the charter because some random person told them to leave early. they also left us stranded at the end of the night for over 1 hour (daughter's wedding), fortunatly it was only misting outside. The manager (JJ) lied about the circumstances and was a pain in the A@@ to deal with.My recommendation would be to walk.

      They took my deposit months in advance. They confirmed my trip the week before and collected the balance. And then at 1am the night before my trip canceled not one but two buses. they had no excuse and would not even talk to me on the phone. They would not help cover any of the difference between their price and the last minute replacement ones I had to scramble to secure. They did nothing! They left ******************************* "these things happen". The reality is they don't have there own fleet and simply operate as a broker which is a horrible business model.
