      We have peace of mind when traveling or cruising that we made a smart decision for our final arrangements. We purchased our plan in 2021 but after a recent cruise and the passing of a dear friend it brought many questions. To followup on our understanding we just called Smart Cremation and spoke with ******* to clarify and have questions answered. She set us at ease that we know it is just one phone call and they will assist in seeing that our plan is followed through. ******* also advised us to make sure our family contact has Smart Cremations 800 number so they can make the call if necessary and not spend money unnecessisarily. Thank you for the peace of mind we now have.

      At this most sensitive time of preparing not only to help your family but in preparing yourself, representative ********************************* made the process easy and comfortable. He invokes a sense of trust from the moment you meet him. The choice of cremation and the details of the contract you enter into with this firm is made clear and is presented in such a way that you feel happy about taking care of this necessary transaction of life to help alleviate stress on your family when you are gone. ***** gave personal experience and fully answered questions about the process at the very nice luncheon I attended. I thank him for being there to help others. It's clear what this job means to him and to the customers he serves.

      May 2018 my wife and I attended a presentation in ******, **. We listened to their promises and purchased their product. 2023 my wife passed away in the Veterans home. The Veterans home contacted Smart Cremation and they arranged for an Honor Walk ceremony at 2: 00 the next day. Our church, family and friends were notified and invited to attend. At 11:30 the night before I was notified that Smart Creamation could not that time and if it was important to me, I would have a local funeral home pick up and store the body at my expense. I elected to do this to do this at a cost of $350. I had to re-request that the body be picked up from the funeral home. After a number of phone calls cremation was finally accomplished. The support team that was promised finally showed up in my email junk folder 34 days after her death. The brick-and-mortar funeral home can perform the sme service in a more personal manner at lessor expense.

      I looked at a lot of plans following my brothers and mothers death, they passed not very far apart in dates . My wife and I shopped around and decided on Smart Cremation. We antte a seminar and after really listening to the benefits presented and knowing that we do have guarantees and assurances that they would rectify anything that goes wrong. I couldnt ask for more, a lot of companies out there dont even give you that. I guess the great part is knowing my wife and I have the freedom to travel or move anywhere we want in *****************, not to mention the assurance of a family service warranty and an individual anytime money back guarantee. Ive talked to providers and most of them will give me 30 days then I am locked in. My wife and I are sold and we have become Smart Cremation clients. Anyones life can change in a moment, its good to have some guarantees. Thank you, Smart Cremation , I believe in you!
