      ********** ***** ****** Dentistry does not know how to properly bill insurance offices or intentionally misleads patients by telling them treatments are covered which in the end are not covered. Like other reviews the office runs late. I will not go back.

      This company is only about the money. They sell you on things you dont understand or need. They are always running late. I went to Dentists of Puyallup and all they care about is taking as much money from the people as they can.

      Dishonest office personnel. I am a self pay customer and twice they have attempted to rebill me for procedures that I had prepaid. They even tried to get me to double pay a $2000.00 crown. The dentists are adequate but the office is either deceptive or just plain stupid

      This organization, in two separate locations in ******* continues to misrepresent their insurance acceptance, and business practices. I had to repeatedly request submission to insurance, even thought I was told that insurance was contacted to evaluate level of coverage, I have yet to see any resolution, and the submitted estimate of fees was astronomically more than industry standard. These folks are clearly in dire straits, and are cycling cash. In a second instance, a referral to another WDC location resulted in office staff, not dentists, modifying treatment plans, misrepresenting the number of transactions, and the estimates associated with them. This was in an effort to avoid providing care that was paid for up front. Rather than keeping proper records, attempts to offer services I had already paid for for "free" were attempted once an attempt to avoid providing care failed.

      They billed me directly instead of billing my insurance. I've contacted them repeatedly, each time they assure me they'll correct the mistake and bill my insurance, and each they time they fail to do so. Ongoing for months now with no resolution.
