    I went to drugs r us for a ************************************************************************************************************* to court for. I told the man doing the test that I had extensions, and asked if he needed help moving them so he wouldn't cut them by mistake. *********************** assured me that he knew what he was doing, and assured me that he would not cut my extensions. HE CUT TWO GIANTS CHUNKS OF HAIR FROM MY HEAD. When he cut them second chunk, and my extensions started falling out, he grabbed the hair and hid it, trying to tell me that is wasnt that much. When I get home and look, he in fact had cut my extensions, and left me with two giant bald spots. When I called, upset, he just said he had to talk to his lawyer. I called back and he said to take him to court, and that he canceled my test! Im absolutely humiliated and traumatized. I feel unbelievably violated and humiliated. The guy that works there wont even talk to me to resolve the situation.

    I want him to send my test in, as agreed. I dont have any more hair left to cut out for another hair folicle test. I didnt ask for my test to be canceled. I wanted to talk to him about cutting my extensions and discuss him replacing the ones HE CUT. He told me he had 25 years of experience. He has no regard for the fact that he messed with my life. He chopped my hair at the top. Its not right!!!!
