    Ordered a pink sapphire bracelet for $165, received the item a few days later however, bracelet did not have any stones in it. The item was listed as "final sale", because of this vendor will not process a refund. Left a negative review on their ******** page w/no response from them. Out of sheer principal, this company should be looked into for questionable/shady dealings and basically ripping people off (me). Receipt + picture of bracelet w/no stones attached.

    This customer did not leave us a review on our ******** page, message us or reach out to us through our customer care email about this issue. She left us a review on our website on 10/13/23 and we saw and responded to her review on 10/17/23 with this response: "Hello ****, we are so sorry to hear about this. We have not received an inquiry from you on this in our ************* email, but we are more than happy to get this handled for you. Our team will be reaching out to you as soon as possible and will get you a new bracelet. We will always make sure you are taken care of, even if the item is 'all sales final.' Thank you. - ************* Team"

    We sent this customer a replacement bracelet on 10/18/23 and it was delivered on 10/21/23. Tracking number - USPS# 9400111206216853909108

    We also included a $50 coupon code in the email to the customer for the inconvenience and let her know we were going to be sending her a replacement bracelet. 

    We have not received a response from the customer to those emails.

    We will always take care of our customers if they ever receive anything from us that they are unhappy with, even if items are deemed as "all sales final."
