  If you can avoid them, please do! It will save you lots of headaches! This note service needs to learn how to do their math, needs to learn how to bookkeep, and needs to learn how to professionally talk to their clients.

  they owe us money, I call every day, always say check is in mail,no ********, seriously terrible customer service We want our money back that they illegal took from our account!!!!

  This company is horrible They held up a closing on a home sale because they take weeks to get get a payoff notice. They do no answer their phone or have another way to contact. They do not call you back. And then they want $95 just to kick out a payoff notice. I am a real estate agent and work with many escrow companies. Find another one besides Evergreen or Allegro.

  They never answer your phone I was charged $75 dollars just to get a answer about my account they forged my signature on document

  Allegro held our escrow for a several few years, no problem but recently their service has been subpar. We quit recieving our bills or would receive them after our payment was due. Which we know when it's due and how much but how do I know it's getting to the proper place and account without the payment stub? And have to look up their address everytime? Major inconvience. You can not get ahold of anyone on the phone, no one will return phone calls or emails. We just sold our home and the title company asked for a pay off amount on Monday and had to reach back out to them that following Friday to finally get ahold of someone, here it is the Tuesday, over a week later, and because of their lack of communication, we have not been able to receive our money from the sale of our house.

  Evergreen Note Servicing used to be a very good company and has handled my escrow account for many years. Just before the first of this year though they changed the way they do business evidently, although the new terms of my contracted agreement with them was never discussed with me.Now even when the business I sold has an electronic transfer to my escrow account on the 15th of each month (NOT a check that might have NSF) for the past several months the time keeps increasing before they forward me MY money. This month it didn't hit my account until October 25. My question is why they feel they can retain MY money for 10 days?? Very rehearsed answer from their office that they have the right to wait and see if funds are NSF ----- NOT valid!! These incoming funds are transferred electronically. If the funds were not available they couldn't be transferred.I'm feeling like they are using my funds for their own benefit in some way and I'm no longer confident in their business practices.
