      The play structures are old, worn and broken in many cases. Some pose a saftey hazard for children, specifically the dangling soft cushion pieces that no longer cover sharp or metal pieces of machinery.Everywhere you look, there are signs of uncleaned surfaces. The floor is filthy, the play structures are discolored from dirt and grime. The fans for the balloon area have obviously not been cleaned in a very, very long time and have an extreme amount of dust buildup.The business is not receptive to inquiries on addressing these issues. Many others complain about this status quo on Yelp.
