    I inquired to the business 4/5/24 about preserving my wedding bouquet into a shadowbox to hang on my wall. The business responded promptly and set up a phone call appointment to better figure out what I wanted and what size would be best for my budget and my wall. The phone call appointment was on 4/6/24 where we discussed that I would get the Heirloom Shadowbox 18x24 Total Balance (USD) $1018.43 The contract was made 4/10 and signed 4/12 where we both agreed on the price and the timeline which is "Shadowbox floral pieces take approximately 10 - 12 weeks completion from the date Vendor receives florals." It has been roughly ****************************************************************************************** I paid 50% on the day that I signed.The florals were dropped off after the wedding to their studio on 7/28 around 5:30pm. the owner **** ***** accepted them.Months go by and I do not hear anything from this business regarding my flowers and designing how I'd like my shadowbox to look. I got an email on 9/19 for the other half of payment is due on the 20th. It auto paid on the 20th the other half.I emailed them on 10/4 asking them what the status is on my florals and if I had been missing their messages somehow. I didn't get an email back. I emailed again on 10/10 asking if they had gotten my last email. I didnt get an email back. I messaged their number via text on 10/17, the same number the business told me to message when dropping off my florals, asking if they got my emails. she said she would message me for designing in the next week or two and shed be sending a design mock up then. I didn't hear from her so I messaged again on 11/25. I didn't get a response. messaged 12/2. Didn't get a response. Called the number and left a message on 12/9 messaged me back saying she was sorry and had an unexpected loss and would send me a message for designing in the next day or so. I never got a message. Messaged again 12/23 with no response

    Hello again! I am responding to my original complaint because the business still has not provided the product with multiple responses to me saying it would be done in a couple days. That was months ago and I have not recieved any update or timeline on the product.
