    On 03/23/2024 I purchased a Sig ***** handgun from The Marksman Shooting Range in ********, **. After the 10 day waiting period I brought the gun home on 4/6/24. The case the gun came in broke after only opening it three times. The very cheap, flimsy plastic latch that's supposed to help secure this gun safely, broke. I called the company (The Marksman) for a replacement and they refused. Not only did they refuse to stand behind their products, they had a very obvious attitude like I was an idiot for requesting the replacement of this broken product, "LOL, we don't replace cases, call Sig!" (add attitude). So tomorrow I'll call and I will let ***'s representatives know how one of their official distributors treats loyal Sig customers. I should have listened to those who warned me about this place and read all the horrible complaints on Yelp. I want it replaced and I want an apology from the manager with the attitude.

    When ******* contacted us initially, he was told that we do not have spare cases on site to replace his case and that we would call Sig ***** to get a replacement. Sig ***** warranties their products and replaces any defective product. A warranty has never been offered by our shop.

    I am rejecting this response because:
    They don't stand behind the product they sold me. To tell me that you can't replace the case is BS. You could if you weren't so difficult to deal with. You were rude and condescending.
