****** was prompt, knowledgeable and courteous. They scheduled my annual furnace/heat pump maintenance quickly. The technician arrived on time and was very friendly and knowledgeable. I am very satisfied with the work and plan to use again when I need service.

I called Ranger to diagnose the problem with my furnace. I received a text from the technician, *****, giving me notice that he's arriving. He arrived within 3 mins & within the 1 hr window of my appointment.He was friendly, courteous, & professional. He diagnosed the problem & fixed it temporarily until a new replacement part could be brought in later. He took the time to explain the issue clearly & I appreciated that.I have used Ranger twice & would not hesitate to recommend them.Ranger Heating & Cooling, LLC

*** the Technician who provided the service is a very nice and well spoken person. He provided us with a wonderful and satisfying service, and explained in details what causes the problem. My husband and I have finally found a completely reliable heating and cooling company. Ranger Heating and Cooling perform quality, professional work and they are the **** company we now use. We enjoy the courteous employees and ****** recently did a thorough job on our Trane furnace and electronic air purifier. He is a well trusted professional with the company. Ranger came and fixed my dehumidifier which isnt normally part of their scope. The company I purchased it from didnt honor their warranty but Ranger took care of me. ***** was timely, friendly, called on the way and treated my house with respect. Highly recommend them.Ranger Heating & Cooling, LLC
