      Baskin Robbins is an ice cream shop/franchise that largely caters to children and young people, providing sweets and desserts. Baskin Robbins has replaced the mango smoothy on their menu item with a mango drink "mangonado", which contains spicy hot chili. My disabled son order the "mangonado", rightfully assuming it was a sweet drink. When received the drink was pure red, containing almost no sign of mango. My son took a drink, sought a bathroom to spit, and was humiliated to have to spit it out in the garbage can in front of other customers. When I asked the young man to remake the drink, he told me that he would be charging me for both drinks. I asked my son to leave the store upon receiving the remade drink, as to inform the employee that my son is autistic, and even upon receiving this information, he still refused to only charge for one drink and charged for both. I believe that the young man did not follow the company recipe for the "mangonado" and purposefully added excessive amounts of chili to the drink in bad faith to bring harm and embarrassment to my son and my family. Additionally, when I requested the supervisors information, a female employee interjected into our conversation, which was civil, and brought a temperament of argumentation, hostility, and ill will. The employee shouted, argued, and refused to provide the name and contact information of the manager/supervisor of the establishment. I paid in full and provided a tip despite this treatment. I would like to bring this to the attention of management and supervisors of this establishment, however the employees working this evening withheld/obstructed me from receiving this information to do so. I would like a swift resolution to this matter and full reimbursement. We have been visiting this ice cream shop for 11 years, and have never received mistreatment like this until now. We will not be back unless there are some staff changes.
