    The owner of this establishment, a tall male Asian man with glasses. Wasn't given a name.. Has the worst customer service I've ever seen. The ********************** has many reviews about how rude he is to customers, he would not help me at all yesterday. My email said my package is at their store and they missed me at my house. I called customer service and I was told I can go in tomorrow when they open and it will be there since it was dropped off at the end of the day 12/5 but on 12/6 when I went it to the store he told me it will not be there until 10am(it was 9am) but wouldn't tell me why, he didn't even check if my package was there, I was turned down immediately. Then after I came in again a couple minutes later to get more details he looked at my tracking # and said it was out for delivery, doesn't need a signature, it won't be at their store and to go home and wait for it. I called the next day since I had no package still and he told me something completely different then yesterday and wouldn't let me talk. When I asked him to stop talking over me and let me speak please he slammed the phone down and hung up on me, then when I called back he said "oh did I hang up? Bad connection" in a sarcastic tone, he talked over me, short and rude and when I told him I understand why he has such bad reviews because his customer service is terrible he said "I know I'm a s***** man" and hung up again. I have never had someone so rude from the start and he was not willing to help me at all. He should not be in customer service especially not the owner.
