Saturday, June 11th me and my partner signed up for motorcycle classes. Totally $750 dollars. We were unable to complete the course. We attended the first 3 hours of a 16 hour course. Asides from my many complaints about the course the primary reason for this dispute is ***. The instructor *** was impossible to work with and had a horrible attitude. The reasoning for leaving the course is due to hostility and safety. I was having mechanical issues with the bike I was initially riding. I had asked him if I could try another bike and he allowed it but made it very clear in a very condescending tone that he wouldn't allow it again. The new bike I choose i could not properly operate all the functions. Meanwhile my partner was being berated by him and brought to tears over a question of safety and motorcycle functionality. I could not complete the course nor could she because of the emotional state that the instructor left us in. Everyone was treated in the course with little disregard and attention and doubly so for women most of which also left the course compared to men to which I believe I was the only one. I have attempted to contact the company numerous times. The front office gives you the run around and never returns a call. This is two months trying to resolve this and nothing. I did manage to speak to ***** at Puget Sound Safety and explain the situation and he agreed to give me a refund. And nothing has come of it. I called the office several more times each time being promised a return call back and nothing. I'm really frustrated that I have to keep coming back to this. This isn't a small sum of a money to just throw away and now I've been lied to by a representative of the company about a refund and then completely ignored.

I paid the business $325 for a class on June 11th. They didn't allowed me to continue the class one hour in because I made a beginner mistake and didn't turn the bike fast enough. On their website for the course they said all experience levels okay and beginner okay. So I don't think it's fair they could turn down a beginning for making a beginner mistake. Especially since I followed all the instructions and wasn't doing anything unsafe on purpose. They said they reserve the right to turn anybody down during a class if its "unsafe". And I don't think that's a legit business practice because they can subjectively turn anyone away. Whos to say the coach didn't just turn me away to make their jobs easier that day? They offered me to reschedule but I don't want to continue with the school anymore as I had a negative experience with the coach and it's hard to make time in my schedule for the first class to begin with.
