Damaged Items: When receiving your purchase please check the contents for damage before signing the delivery acknowledgement. Note any damage on the Bill of Lading. If your purchase arrives damaged, please contact us within 5 business days of receiving damaged products.

Returns: If you need to return anything – please notify us ahead of time, so we can give you an RMA number. Returned items are subject to a restocking fee. Special Order items may not be returnable.
