      In March of 2023 i contacted the Pool Guy Plus in ******** to repair a leaking ***** and ****** pool pump for the indoor pool in this home. It is connected to a sophisticated dehumidification system and a propane heater. On Apr 12 paid them ****** for a diagnostic call. On that date *****,told me he would get the leak stopped, and help me get the pool water balanced with chemicals by treating the water. I told him I use Baquacil at that time a BROMINE CLEANER.The pool water was not very dirty or green on that date. After he left I noticed the pump was not on I called him and he told me to put it on manual setting. Came back 24 apr to effect repairs, told me they didnt have seals for that pump tried to sell me a new one. Also brought wrong chemicals CHLORINE instead of BROMINE i use. I called the Pool guy office and was assured they were correct. several days later; informed I was given wrong chemicals (a dangerous chemical reaction to mix them). On April 24 ***** returned to repairing the pump, cleaning the pool and restart heater. Instead, he told me they did not stock the gaskets I needed to repair the pump but he was changing out the sand. Paid ******* during which he broke the sand filter wrench. **** continued to leak, but he offered to do yard work for which I paid him on the side. He came over two more times but did not repair the pool pump and the water is turning greener and greener because he turned the pump and heater off. On 5/6/.talked with ******* office manger about my concerns ***** here 4 times; I have clean sand but no pump. Meantime water bill going up as the pump leaks even more onto the cement floor. May 8 ***** the owner to fix it, He arrives says, i dont have right tools and leaves. Never comes back after promising to come next day. On 22 May ***** and ****** send parts to be installed. ***** to come on 6 June. Doesnt show, doesnt call. On jun 20 ***** and secretary come over and he put in repair parts and pump wont prime.
