      My issue is with my realty company that I started renting this house from roughly 6-7 yrs ago, and not until recently (3months ago) I discovered my water that comes into the house is on a well (not city) and is contaminated due to the water coming into contact with 3 different types of metals which should never happen is what I was initially told by a licensed plumber that came to address my low pressure/ rust water issue. At that time the plumber suggested to the realty/landlord in his estimate to fix the issues at hand that the 50yr old hot water tank, literally and all the plumbing in the entire house needs to be replaced because the house is so old, and to install a well water filtration system. Plumber quoted it would cost roughly $40-50k for him to resolve the issues. and the water causes health hazards on top of a severely under weatherized & outdated windows, doors, and house which makes this house constantly cold in the winter and really hot in the summer. The realty company did not like that quote and got a 2nd estimate from a company that looked a lot less professional as the 1st company in my opinion. So the realty company went with the 2nd company that was to start almost 2 weeks before Thanksgiving. I spoke with ***** several times throughout this process, only to be lied to repeatedly about getting the repairs done that has yet to be done let alone they haven't even started any part at all. I need help the realty owner/ ***** refuses to help me based from the conversations him and I've had in the past. Plus without the repairs being done the realty raises my rent every year and only just recently replaced the refrigerator with a outdated model to address the last one that was also outdated that stopped working properly and is the only other thing besides the insufficient furnace that's ever been replaced in 7yrs. PLEASE HELP!!! Thank You

      May 2023 date incorrect charges were placed on ************************************ ******* account.Charge is in the amount of $25.25 for a trash can violation which has been incorrectly placed on our home owner account and First Point Real Estate ****************** has not investigated the matter and corrected it with Winterwood HOA. I have submitted proof that they are billing us in error and that I have tried to resolve this matter.
