    Transaction on 12/122/2024 purchased a motorhome from this dealer whom stated that he was bonded and insured. The dealer stated the vehicle had a clean and clear title. the dealer stated he would take care of transferring the title to my name, and this service was paid for. Upon trying to license the vehicle I was informed that the vehicle still had a lien on it, it is not clear if the lien is for the dealer or the previous owner of the vehicle. The dealer stated I would have the title by end of Jan. 2025. The dealer has ceased all response to phone, text, and email. The dealer has emptied his lot and moved on to probably continue scamming others. How is this not criminal or at least considered theft?

    Purchased from RV World LLC a **** E350 box truck for $5,000 on September 15, 2024 and cannot register the truck with Washington state licensing because the seller ******* ******* owner of RV World LLC has not provided the title form information despite Washington state law requiring within 45 days of purchase. It has been more than 180 days. Via earlier text message communications to **** resulted in him saying that he is sick and needs to find papers but also more recently he does not respond altogether.

    We bought a 2007 skyline camper from RV World LLC and we are financing it through ************************* and in the paperwork and loan it included the cost of licensing and the business RV World LLC was supposed to take care of the licensing. They have not taken care of the licensing like they are supposed to they never even sent the bank the title. We need help getting the business to switch over the licensing. It is still licensed and registered to their original owner. Would also like to add that we sold them our old nomad camper and they gave us a check that did not go through and we had to hassle them to get paid for our camper that we sold them that they had already sold and was no longer in there lot where we left it when they bought it. This business needs to be shut down before they do this to anyone else. Thanks

    ON DEC 9TH 2024 I TRADED A 2010 f350 WITH ****** MILES ON IT TO RV WORLD OWNED BUY **** FOR A 2000 RAM DUALLY WITH ****** MILES ON IT. THE ***** VALUE WAS AT ***** BUY FAIR MARKET VALUE. THE ***** WAS AT ***** BUY FAIR MARKET VALUE. REASON FOR TRADE IS NEEDING ABILITY TO HAUL TRAILERS. **** WAS LIFTED. ***** IS NOT. AFTER MAKING THE TRADE I BEGAN TO DRIVE DODGE HOME.. BEFORE I GOT TO ************ THE TRANSMISSION STARTED TO FAIL. I CONTACTED THE *** ******* AS WELL THE OWNER OF THE *** AND EXPLAINED THAT HE NEEDED TO RESOLVE THIS ISSUE AS ARE ARRANGEMENT WAS TO TRADE TO EQUALLY WORKING VEHICLES. I PAID 2500 DOLLARS ON TOP OF THE TRADE FOR TAX AND LICENSING. **** AGREED TO FIX DODGE THROUGH TEXT MESSAGES. **** HAS SINCE STOPPED ANSWERING MY CALLS OR TEXTS. WHEN I ASKED HIM TO TRADE ME BACK MY RUNNING VEHICLE A WEEK LATER HE INFORMED ME THAT HE HAD ALREADY SOLD THE ****.     I'm adding these pictures to choose a complaint that I just did. Which are the documents that I have on this vehicle?

    I didn't get gas cap key or cinder key to open the hood  
    I can't check oil,water,trany fluid or anything else.
    I was told when I went back to see if they had my plates yet,I was told that the damage to the roof was done by me. I told them there is no way that much damage took more then 30 days to happen. 
    I am now homeless and the ** is all I have for shelter. It is leaking so bad everything is getting ruined. Please help me they refuse to fix or even trade for a ** that is comparable to the 7770.00$ I paid for it. Isn't that with In the lemon law? Most of the things like the heater,defrost toilet and other things do not work .
    Please let me know if I can get help, they took the last of my money and knew that they were taking advantage of a 62 yr old woman that would be living in the **.
