    During our recent project, my experience with Independent Installations, led by ***, was profoundly disappointing and concerning. This company consistently failed to meet basic professional standards both in terms of work quality and business conduct.Lack of Professionalism: The owner, ***, regularly engaged in highly inappropriate and unprofessional communication that not only strained our professional relationship but also reflected poorly on the company's overall ethos. His responses were confrontational and offensive, undermining any attempt at resolving the issues amicably.Poor Work Quality and Delays: Independent Installations did not adhere to contractual obligations, resulting in significant project delays. The installation work performed was substandard, necessitating costly corrections by another contractor to meet the basic requirements initially outlined in our agreement.Unresolved Deficiencies: Despite multiple opportunities and clear communications from our side, *** and his team failed to rectify crucial deficiencies. This neglect has not only led to additional financial burdens but also extended the project timeline unnecessarily.Final Thoughts: Based on my direct experience, I must advise potential clients to consider these serious issues when evaluating Independent Installations for their projects. The lack of professionalism, poor work quality, and **** inappropriate behavior were not only shocking but also brought significant challenges to our project. It is rare that I feel compelled to write such a review, but I believe it is necessary to inform others of the potential risks of engaging with this company.******
