      In May of 2020 my rental home needed plumbing. I paid first for a cleaning. Then I paid for a repair which was to include a clean out as we didnt have one. In good faith I trusted that the work the company said they were doing was done. Come to find out a clean out was never put in. I reached out to the company, they took a look, but since so much time had passed and the employee no longer works with them they told me there was nothing they could do. I paid for a service which I did not receive in full. I am now paying to have someone else complete the work that was supposed to be done by this company.

      Wanted to check on this we have tried multiple times to contact the customer so that we may get this issue resolved, but they have not responded.

      ********** company performed work at my house in ****** without a contractors license in ******. They took payment, performed work, and left. They will not come back to repair broken irrigation system they installed.

      Called ***** today and he realized that we are not the company that did they work for him. He would like to reverse this complaint and is hoping that the BBB will let him know how to do this.
