    Phenomenal people to hire. We are doing a massive yard restructure and needed to find our septic as it was completely hidden. They came out and and found the the lids (as built was not correct and we were unable to find it ourselves), and we also found that the septic was not properly drained when we purchased the home. They were able to resolve the issue without undue expenses.Also going above and beyond... We had a new deck put on a few years back and unfortunately one leg was above the tank cover. Due to the second tank never having been flushed the lid had sealed on and was partially broke when removed. We were going to have new lids put on anyway because we did not want to ***** to get to covers for future flushing. The guy who came out and put our covers in, cleanly removed the deck leg for us so we could relocate the leg a foot or so over at no extra charge (we did not ask, he just did it).We had left several holes, when we were trying to find the lids, that we were going to fill in after the lids were put in (the paperwork clearly said they were not responsible for the moved dirt and there was no expectation for them to fill the holes not directly involved with the lids). He filled up those holes as well.Yes, Sterling is more expensive than others, but you definitely get what you pay for.
