  I don't recommend this business. I won 2 certificates at a local auction for spa party by 2 Your Door for up to 6 girls each. I reached out by phone to schedule and the owner, *****, never called back. We finally scheduled over text. I had to reschedule the date about 6 weeks out. Despite offering many other date options, she kept saying she was unavailable due to her other job and multiple family vacations. When I said it shouldn't be so difficult for people to use what they've paid for, she wrote back a long text calling me rude and insulting me. She then never responded again despite me following up. She never made good on the certificates. I notified the local organization as it's clear this business is not operated in good faith or run professionally. The local organization is wonderful and very well run- I would not want a poorly managed business to reflect on them.

  Unfortunately this is not how our interaction went at all. I have all of our correspondence through text and email,  and I scheduled her party and she cancelled it saying she cannot do weekends. I work a full time job and explained that to her so weekends were my only option for her and maybe an occasional Monday. I did not hear from her again until I was on vacation with my family a week ago and she was very demanding even though I explained to her that I would have to get back to her when I returned in a week as we were in ******** in a remote cabin in the middle of the ***** with barely any phone service at all so I was unable to even check my schedule and she continued to demand I look to see if her dates worked. I again explained I would get back to her the following Monday and she again, was very rude and called me unprofessional. Mind you, the only reason I was even able to answer her texts at all is because my family and I were out of the cabin and sitting down for lunch in a restaurant with Wi-Fi. I explained again that I am on vacation and would reach out when I got back and reminded her that she had cancelled her appt she had booked for this spa party on June 10th and that I am in no way being unprofessional and I would appreciate her understanding. We were to fly home on standby Monday evening the 21st and we were bumped off our flight so did not return until Tuesday evening. I had recieved 2 more texts from her asking if any of the dates she sent me worked, which were not weekend dates like I explained to her that I could do, so I went out of my way to let her know that I could do the party in a Monday in June, the 19th and she never responded. Then I notice a bad review on ******** and here and she never responded to my text regarding her desired date. I donated the certificates to a animal rescue for their auction. I have never come across such a rude and demanding person in all my years of doing business but I was going to do this party regardless of course. I have all of our correspondence I can send if needed. I did reach out to her to schedule once I returned home, I just did not get home on the day I planned, as I said above. She has not responded to my message letting her know I had one of her days available to do her party. Thankyou, ***********************
