---I am writing to formally lodge a complaint against Get Right Studios regarding a tattoo service that I prepaid for and received on [date of first session]. I agreed to a three-session tattoo for a total cost of $900. I paid a $200 deposit to schedule the first session, and after the first session, the artist, ********** collected the full remaining balance of $700. Unfortunately, the tattoo ********* completed is vastly different from the design that was discussed and agreed upon. Despite providing him with a near-exact example of what I wanted, he chose to interpret the design in a way that did not align with our agreement. This deviation from the plan has left me extremely dissatisfied with the tattoo.Following the first session, I returned to the studio to discuss my concerns with *********. During this conversation, ********* became visibly upset, and his behavior escalated to the point of yelling and degrading both me and my wife in front of other patrons in the shop. This unprofessional conduct made it clear that continuing with the remaining sessions would only risk further issues with the tattoo.Given this situation, I requested a refund for the two prepaid but unused sessions. Despite multiple attempts to resolve this matter amicably, ********* and the owner, ******, have been unresponsive and dismissive of my concerns. The owners attitude towards my complaint reflects a disregard for proper business practices, leaving me no choice but to seek a resolution through the BBB.I believe that I am entitled to a refund for the two unused sessions, amounting to $600, based on the subpar and incomplete work that was provided. The studio's refusal to address this issue is not only unprofessional but also unethical.I would appreciate the BBB's assistance in resolving this matter.Regards,****** *****
