    ****** failed to collect taxes on a property I purchased. Never replied to my email stating the fact that when the home closed I had less than 30 days to pay taxes of which being a first time homebuyer I wasnt privy to. Upon notifying the so called VP ******************************* she immediately dismissed the case and closed it out. This oversight on their behalf cost me just under $1k in delinquent taxes. Upon discussing with several other individuals this seems to be a common theme with Equity Title of Washingtonwish I would have done my homework prior to using them. Unprofessional, unethical, and immoral practices.

    I was left very frustrated and unsatisfied with the service Equity Title of Washington provided during a recent property purchase. I was required to pay a tax bill that had just been assessed thru the escrow process rather than on my own as I preferred to do. The payment was never processed by the *** and they had no record of receiving it, thirty days after the check was sent. The refused to make an online payment which is what the *** suggested and instead cut a new check which, to date, has not been received.
