    You have been warned, do not do business with this company at all means. If you can get out of the contract, do it. My husband and I have been dealing with this company since 2021 and it’s been an absolute nightmare. I would 0/10 recommend these people. My husband and I got a water filter from these people, we moved homes, first of all, the technician they sent out flooded our house and cut a LIVE WATER LINE prior to uninstalling the equipment. That was an awful and unprofessional experience. Next, we have them come out to our NEW home because unfortunately we’re stuck with this water equipment and they refuse to re install it into the new home for FREE despite telling me over the phone, by the way, the gals name was Jerry and the owners name is Carl, anyways, I was told I would have the equipment re installed for free since they flooded my previous home and acted clueless when the water line was cut. I follow up with the company to see when they’re coming back out to re install the equipment and they seriously told me OVER TEXT AND I HAVE PROOF that if I took down my post, then they would schedule an appointment to reinstall the water filter. I was completely baffled by this. I could not believe they would threaten me like this. I informed them how VERY unprofessional that is and that if I hadn’t heard back from them, then I was going to assume they’re not good people and do not care about their reputation and how they treat their customers. Do not do business with these people by all means.

    I received a postcard in the mail disguised as a **** package on hold notice. I called the number on the card and was told this was from Apogee Water and they had a free gift for me. They said they send this to all new home owners as an introduction to their business. I pressed further, inquiring why they were disguising this as a legitimate **** notice and they said they used to send out flyers with their company name on it, but no one would respond. So now they do this.Extremely scummy behavior, IMO. No idea why anyone would trust a company after this kind of "introduction", let alone with something as important as the quality of your water.

    We purchased a water filtration system from this company. The system requires maintenance which we have been able to do however we can only purchase filters through the company and nowhere else. For months now we have been unable to reach anyone from this company to have our system maintained and we are still making payments for the product. At this point the company is being neglectful and violating the terms of our contract.
