    We took our car into this place to get two front tires they went and looked to see if they had our tire size and did they was used and charged us $120 for both. We got a nail in our tire and took it to another tire place to get it removed and that's when we found out that when they gave us those new tires they cross-threaded our lug nut. We took our car back to ask them about it and they denied even selling us the tire and told us this happens all the time and we have to fix it ourselves. They was laughing at us the whole time during the conversation .

    Hello MR. ***** *******, it has been brought to my attention of your incident with our staff on 4/25/25. To properly respond to this matter we do NOT warranty and are NOT responsible for any broken lug nuts or Studs of vehicles. (We have MULTIPLE VISIBLE SIGNS) With that being said across our establishment. We have our technicians torque every vehicle accordingly before they leave. Now Mr. ******* coming back to our establishment and saying racial slurs and threats to the staff is no way to properly get your problems resolved especially over a minor misunderstanding. With that being said you are being REFUSED AND DENIED any service or support from us. Have a nice day.

    I am rejecting this response because: I did not use any racial slurs and I did tell the two men that I was filing a complaint with the BBB and the going to the courts that to me is not a threat it's letting them know what I was going to do. I don't believe that the signs they have posted applies to me because they are the ones who cross-threaded my lug nut when replacing the tire. There was nothing wrong with the lug nut when I brought the car in to get the new tires. It's their fault for not properly putting the lug nut back on correctly and carefully.
