We started our project with *** 10 months ago. The job was to set up propane for our cabin. We bought the tank and even trenched for the underground pipe ourselves. *** came out switched the cabin plumbing to PEX, installed the shower fixtures, tankless water heater, and part of the gas lines for propane. Even though all of our gas fixtures were not ready to hook up at that time, the water heater was needed. The propane tank was in position and they ran the gas line from the tank to the cabin. They then left. One gas line was installed with a valve UNDER where a cabinet was going and had to be moved. It was supposed to be behind the cookstove. The deal was to include everything from the tank to the appliances - completely! Turn key! We tried to get a local propane company to install the missing regulators and they refused to set up a system with the gas lines installed by ***. The *** rep and the propane company argued back and forth about codes, pipe specifications, regulators and everything else for weeks. We had visitors stay in the cabin as it was. The shower fixture was either incorrectly installed or damaged (according to Delta - the manufacturer), and wouldn't blend hot and cold water. The faucet in the tub ran inside the wall instead of into the tub because the copper tubing was installed too short. We had to hire another contractor to finish the propane tank regulator hook up and fireplace ($1200). Sea couldn't seem to repair the tub problem and told us we would have to order the parts from Delta ourselves. Three feet of gas line was left sticking through the wall and not hooked up or capped. They called today about coming out to finish the gas line but not the shower issue and seemed surprised when we told them we had to buy a complete new shower faucet unit. We don't want them back. When I told them not to expect a good review, the rep said it wouldn't be the first one. Ten months, $6,000 + $1,200 and the job was left incomplete. We're done.
