    Computer was sold as new. When I went to register it with the manufacturer, I was told this computer was purchased by a company in ***** and resold this third-party seller in July of 2024

    As previously communicated with the customer, we fully understand the concern regarding the warranty start date. We have already corrected the warranty to reflect the actual purchase date, ensuring full coverage moving forward.

    For your reference, here is the updated warranty status showing the corrected coverage period:

    In addition, weve stated that if ****** declines any warranty service for this unit within the ****** coverage period, we will step in to provide warranty support from our side at no cost to the customer.

    Since the customer order was fulfilled by ******, the warranty may start while it's sitting in ******'s warehouse, the warranty start date can only be corrected when customer find us with the serial number since ****** wouldn't provide serial number on each order at outbound.

    If the customer would prefer to return the item instead, we are happy to provide a prepaid return shipping label for a full refund.

    I've also attached the email communication with customer below for reference.

    On November 9th, I placed an order on Amazon for the galaxy book 360 pro in color blue with ****in and 12th generation as described on Amazon.com. I received the product in different color and model. I contacted the seller to inquire about the duplicitous behavior and at first they wouldn't honor their mistake but after emailing them, I returned the product via *** on the 14th and it was received on the 21st. This company, which operates under a different name called Issaquah Highlands Tech, now avoids my phone calls and continues to tell me that they are working on reviewing the products and Mr ********* a liar probably) keeps saying they will give me my refund AND amazon is also telling me to wait for 30days to receive my refund of *******! This company needs to process my refund and needs to be put our of Business as soon as possible!

    This business is selling Gigabyte and modifying them without being an authorized reseller. This voids the manufacturer warranty

    I apologize for the inconvenience we caused you, I just went through our chat history again and we can definitely provide a solution for you.

    First for the warranty, since the *** and *** is upgraded by us, Gigabyte might refuse warranty on the parts so we have 3 year warranty covered on the *** and *** we upgraded. I saw my team were trying to contact Gigabyte for a warranty renewal but didn't approved, we're contacting our vendor to renew the warranty on you machine right now so no worries.

    For the ******* 970 Evo Plus there might be some misunderstood, we never sold ******* 970 Evo Plus and we never had it in stock, you might ordered it from others sellers that you may double check from your order details from the "sold by" section.

    For the solution, while our vendor is still in process of warranty renewal, we can now provide a pre-paid shipping label for you to ship the laptop back for a repair, and if you wish to use the ******* *** you may also include it in the package that we can replace it for you. If we cannot repair the unit we can have a replacement for you with the same specs.

    I've already attached a prepaid shipping label if you'd like to process it right away.

    I am rejecting this response because:
    The manufacturer would recognize my purchase date as the start of my warranty if the seller was an authorized reseller. The item was marked on Amazon and the flyer from as you can see they are doing business under another name. The manufacturer told me my warranty ended the day before I made the purchase, they have now honored the 1 year manufacturer warranty but not from my purchase date. I have been trying for over a month to get some resolution now I just had to spend $90 to ship my laptop to the manufacturer and who knows when I will receive it back, this seller has been deceptive from the day after my purchase.
