      Ive been using 1st Mile/Payments Hub for card processing for my two businesses for over five years. Recently, I received a chargeback for an order placed on July 1st, where a customer ordered six sets of tires without installation via a text-to-pay link. The payment went through, and the tires were picked up on July 5th, the same day I received the chargeback ********* issue isnt with the chargeback itselfchargebacks happen, and Ive dealt with them before as part of running a business. My frustration lies with 1st Miles handling of the situation. The large order raised a red flag, so I proactively called and spoke with **** ****** to verify the transaction. He assured me it was legitimate and that if a chargeback occurred, it could be fought successfully. Relying on this advice, I proceeded with the order. However, when the chargeback came, I was left without the guidance or support I was promised.1st Mile could have been transparent and informed me that there was no way to fully verify the transaction or provided clear steps on what information Id need to fight a potential chargeback. Instead, I was given false confidence, which cost me time and money ($6466.86). After five years of loyalty, this experience has convinced me its time to find a more reliable card processor. Im extremely disappointed with their lack of support and misleading assurances.

      I've had 1st mile for close ro a year now. No complaints till now. They turn their backs when there is a chargeback, cost me $4000 in a transaction that was not verified by the Text-to-Pay feature they offer. They weren't able to provide any form of proof that such feature was used. The payee claimed card wasn't present at time of transaction. So they gave the payee their money back and I lost out. Now I'm in the market for different credit card service company.

      We have been using 1st Mile for 5 years now. We use the platform for **** Services. We do not have any complaints. There are fees associated with ALL Credit *************** Services. The difference with 1st Mile is the Customer Support, Access to the Online ********************** Center, The execution of Tokens and Authorizations, and Dealing with Disputes. 1st Mile can do all the above in a 5 Star manner. Good luck, thinking you can get this type of service from Stripe, Square, or Clove.

      *********************** the outside rep for Southern ********** is worthless. He will over promise on their products and offers little assistance after installing the system only showing up with a bad attitude if you threaten to cancel. The *** units they use are very low quality. The tap to pay feature has extreme delays often taking between 7 and 10 seconds to even registered that the card is near the machine. This may seem insignificant but trust me is a long time especially when you have to explain to every client to please hold your card here, this machine is very slow. Additionally the machines do not allow for **************** tap to pay function to work at all. That was not disclosed to me at sign up. The software is also what I would consider beta phase at best. Very glitchy and not smooth operation at all. This whole experience nearly a year of business with them has been poor. Hope you get fired *** <3

      I recently had to switch banks and needed to alert the credit card processing company to facilitate this. I reached a sales associate by the name of Yusha, I was very grateful that I did. Yusha was very professional, knowledgeable and expedient. She told me what I needed to do, walked me through the process, notified me immediately when I had inadvertently put wrong information and followed through with me to the end, making sure that everything was 100% completed. While there were other staff that assisted (Thank you *****) Yusha went way above and beyond what I was expecting and really took ownership for getting this done.I know that there are a lot of things that needed to happen and a lot of hands in making sure all of the numbers were correct in this change, but I am extremely thankful that Yusha took charge and helped us through this. Great job!
