    2 orders were placed on Dec 2, 1 for ****** and a second order for *****. I reach out on 12/13 for an update on shipping and delivery and was told they were in route several times. They sent tracking information that showed the items were never picked up. They finally responded that apparently, they were lost, and they would re-ship on January 3rd. No emails, no tracking or response since then. It's been 45 days, and they have gone dark.

    I ordered a gift from this company for my daughter for Christmas. I ordered before Christmas and the site said I would get before Christmas. well Christmas came and my daughter didnt get her gift, It came after Christmas. I would have never order this if I knew it would come after Christmas. My daughter left the morning after, so no gift to give her

    2-9-2024 date of order.Order # TFG83404 I ordered a necklace that according to the picture comes in a attractive mahogany presentation looking box with a card with a very heartfelt saying on a card.What I received was the card and necklace in a plain black cardboard box, not the attractive mahogany presentation looking box as the picture on their website shows.Even when I got a survey to fill out it reflected the attractive mahogany presentation box.I tried to call the companies phone # to which ******* states # cannot be completed as dialed.I have repeatedly tried to email them. Someone did reach out via email asking for a picture of what I was sent. I did provide the picture of the black cardboard box they sent and have never heard back. Again I have sent multiple emails with no response. I would like my money back and they can have their product back at the expense.
