On 9-18-2024, I received a training session from one of your employees, **** ******. During this session, I was provided with critical information about the Versium service which I later discovered from independent sources to be incorrect. The reliance on this inaccurate training resulted in my not using the service for the following six months after the session, thereby adversely affecting my business.Discovery and Communication:Upon discovering the discrepancies in the training, I immediately contacted your sales manager, ****** ******** I provided a recording of the training session as evidence. Mr. ******* concurred that the information provided by Mr. ****** was incorrect.Following this, I requested a refund of half of my total payment for the service (i.e., $1800 of the $3600 one-year subscription fee) as compensation for the time and resources lost. Mr. ******* mentioned that Versium **** typically does not issue refunds; however, he suggested a potential compromise by approving a six-month extension of my subscription.Lack of Response:Nine days have passed since that conversation with Mr. ******** On April 9, 2025, I sent an email to Mr. ******* reiterating my position and outlining a compromise that would involve a six-month extension along with an additional 100K extra credits to my account. As of today, I have not received any response.Complaint Summary:1.Misleading Information: I received inaccurate training from Mr. **** ******, which directly impacted my use of the service.2.Inadequate Remedial Action: ******************** acknowledged the error, the resolution offered (a subscription extension) does not compensate for the six months of loss or the issues caused by the misinformation.3.Lack of Communication: After my follow-up email sent on April 9, 2025, there has been a complete lack of response, which reflects poorly on Versium, Inc.'s customer service and accountability.

    Hello ******,
I wanted to let you know that Phi *******, ** of Sales at Versium, and I have reached a solution.  Below is a copy of the email that I received from Mr. ****************** *****,

We have a solution. I spoke with **** today and it makes the most sense for you to play out your current subscription term until 9/15/2025. At the end of your term we will provide you with a "credit package" of unused match credits for you to use that never expire. Typically, unused match credits at the end of a subscription are usually "use it or lose" at termination.

If ***** ****** is to leverage your account for additional clients of his he would need to create a seperate account at the end of your subscription OR you can choose to provide him with your credit package to utilize, whatever the unused match credit balance ends up being.

In the meantime, if you would like to schedule a call to discuss REACH's credit rating ranges and how it is aggregated and what it is used for, I'd be happy to join you on a call.

    Best regards,

    **** *******
    VP of Sales

******, will you please withdraw the complaint that I filed?

    Sincerely,

    ***** ****

Im receiving multiple texts and calls referring to selling my house. I never gave anyone permission to give out any of my contact information, therefore I shouldnt be receiving any texts or calls about my properties. Its crazy when you have to tell 15 different people everyday that youre not selling and house. Its actually causing problems when I cant get my work done due to the phone ringing constantly.

I am rejecting this response because: there was never a time that I gave Datafinder the authorization to give out any information about my home nor myself. How did they obtain my information to even sell or give out???? Next I dont feel that I should have to go onto their website and fill out any form that states they should stop or I can opt out of my info being given out all that does is the program makes you accept cookies and in doing so puts in fine print allowing them to do whatever they want with you information.  I gave BBB my information so they should take the information the have about me and erase it from their database.  That would really resolve the issue completely if youre

    Sincerely,

I continously get texts asking to sell the house I live in and they state my information was provided from Datafinder. Well Datafinder your records are quite wrong. My name is not on the house, so therefore I do not own it nor have any right to sell it. So stop giving my information out.
