      When I had treatment with them I had double insured as BCBS and Delta Dental.They recognized and confirmed that they must refund over charged amount of $734.35.Treatment was happen more than year ago.I spoke with ******* who was reception last time was 27 June, they have record of mine.I contacted to them many times.I have not get any refund yet.

      In regard to the complaint filed for Case #********, we value our patients and the care we provide for them, and we take our patient concerns and complaints very seriously.  
      We issued a refund check to the patient on 07/06/2022. The check was not cashed by the patient and our treasury team was notified to reissue a new check on 06/27/2023. Our treasury team is currently working on reissuing a new check.
      We strive to serve each of our patients with the highest quality dental care experience possible and take pride in committing to each patients oral health.  At Wilderness Dental Center we feel we have accommodated the patients needs by processing the refund.

      This complaint is against ********** at Complete Dental of Education Hill located at ******************************************************************, ************; and Heartland Dental, ***********************************************************************, ************.This complaint is regarding lack of consent, battery, and negligent quality of work. ********** performed a dental service on my 19-year-old daughter, *********************, without providing a full consultation, including explaining the process, future risks and costs, obtaining her consent for invasive alterations, and not contemplating repercussions from the procedure, including ongoing physical pain, trauma, and financial impact. On October 20, 2022, during a teeth cleaning appointment, **** asked for a consultation for non-invasive or composite veneers. She was told the dental office could do this and was quoted $12,582.00. On November 10th, **** went into the office to see the temporary molds and have prep completed. ********** irreversibly shaved her top 6 front teeth without her consent, and when asked how this happened, he advised he thought she would have known the veneer process from Tik Tok and that there are no risks we should be aware of. The final veneers were placed on Lylas teeth December 1, 2022. The veneers caused an issue with ***** bite that ********** advised was an orthodontia issue, and he couldnt fix. **** has been in ongoing teeth and jaw pain since the veneers were placed. She has been taking medication every 4 hours to manage the pain for over 6 months. She had to see new dentists, an endodontist, a therapist, and doctor; I have not yet received all invoices. She now has to see a Prosthodontist because there are issues with the veneers. In addition, root canals are still not ruled out. Dr. **** actions were negligent, unethical, and equivalent to battery. I would like to be reimbursed for all the costs we have paid to various providers since this started, as well as future costs for the prosthodontist, veneer replacement, etc.

This patient is dissatisfied with the treatment provided. There have been several attempts to try and resolve this, including offering the patient a full refund. At this time, we have yet to reach a resolution that is agreeable to both parties. We strive to serve each of our patients with the highest quality dental care experience possible and take pride in committing to each patients oral health.
