    Trinity Gates installed a gate for our residential community. The swing arm has become faulty and despite many requests to them, stretching to more than a year, they haven't yet dispatched any technician. I personally reached out to them in Aug 2021, March 2022, May 2022. I get only false promises of them dispatching a technician, but action on the ground.Aug 2021 - They said, they'll dispatch a technician in 4-6 months. When indicated that we were on their waiting list for much longer than that, they claimed that they lost the records.March 2022 - They again claimed to have lost records, and said they'll dispatch someone in 4 weeks.May 2022 - No response to call. So left voicemail, and haven't heard back.June 3rd 2022 - Again no response.This is a gate that no other provider services, as this was installed by Trinity Gates. So we need them to come and fix it (at a reasonable cost).
