    In August 2021, I register** my son for drivers ** classes with Redmond 911 driving school. I paid $575. This was to include online instruction and some in person driving instruction (referr** to as "drives"). My son complet** the online instruction and but has been unable to complete the drives as they do not have any appointments available (they do not have enough appointments for the number of students they have). My phone calls have been repeat**ly ignor** and when I get a person on the phone they tell me we ne** to wait another month, then another month. After repeat** attempts to get some assistance over the phone in sch**uling these drives I did send some emails and the response I got was that they possibly have 3 times slots available on the same day but they can't guarantee the time slots are actually available. The time slots they offer** occurr** during the day when most highschool students would be in school. I am hoping that the BBB can get this issue resolv** and we can get the drives sch**ul** soon as we have been waiting for a long time now. Thank you.

    Attached is ******* records of his whole class compliance report. As you can see majority of that class is course completed and finished their 5 drives. He has been enrolled in our program since October 19 of 2021 and has had access to scheduling since October 19th but they chose to wait a whole year to do their drives. Also attached is his student portal access log which can be seen that he only accessed the portal for the first time this year September. Also attached is his record showing that he does have all 5 drives scheduled now.

     

    I also spoke with his mother ******** who filed the complaint and she did admit that it was due to a huge miscommunication that this even became a problem and that her son never relayed to her that he could have started scheduling drives but chose not to do so until now. As a business we have covered all of our basis and the fact that majority of his class is completed that we did provide them with availabilities they chose not to take them which we feel that this complaint is unfair as he is no fully scheduled and it took this long for him to complete his course due to his lack of initiative in scheduling his drives.
