Absolutely garbage I went to drug test with their famous powdered urine I did the drug test and it showed tampered with on the sample I got pictures I spent over 200 dollars and nothing back on my money do not purchase off these scummy crooks I'm gonna blast them everywhere I canTestClear.com

This customer failed a BAT (Breath Analysis Test) and submitted that paperwork stating he failed a urine test. This customer also has stated to ** on Nov 2, quote: "Big Red Tarrant Nov 02 ?08:48 am? I got one from simply golden and the reviews were s*** And I don't want to lose this job."So we know he had urine from somewhere called "simply golden" and then failed a breath test and wanted a refund for our product. The customer also has an ongoing support ticket after having provided his failed BAT testing results yesterday. He is welcome to continue his conversation with the merchant however, urine and BAT testing, don't go hand in hand.Casey T

This customer neglected to provide documentation showing his failing levels/information. This documentation is required as per the guarantee information on the detox container. Ordered a package containing so called powdered urine and was charged $255 then charged another $22 for extra shipping costs. The product was garbage and not worth $5 let alone $255. Buyers beware this is fake advertising at its finest and will never order anything from them again. Save your money people or look elsewhere. Not worth itTestClear.com

I really appreciate all the folks who left reviews here, Im sure it saved me a lot of money and time. I was about to place an order last night, and while I was scrolling their website, a pop up appeared that offered a 10% off in exchange for my email and subscribing to their promotions. I signed up, received my code, went to my email and confirmed my subscription. I then went to place my order and added the code I was given. (I took a screenshot of it to ensure I didnt get it wrong.) However, their website said the code was invalid. This made me suspicious so I started googling and here I am. After reading the reviews and complaints here, I am happy with my decision to not give them my business. Just keep scrolling and see how they respond to people, its quite revealing of the character of their customer service agents, management team, and the company in general. Is the company a scam? Maybe, maybe not. However, their rude responses to legitimate customer complaints and inquiries was enough for me to see that this is a company I would never do business with. Their responses reveal a company that takes zero ownership or responsibility for anything that occurs on their end, and blame the customers for everything in a very rude, unprofessional way. Head on over to the BBB complaints page for this company to read more of their unprofessional responses. To the company: Kindly remove my email address from your subscription mailing list. As per every other response from this company, they totally missed the point. The coupon not working wasnt the issue, it just made me suspicious. The unprofessional responses from the company to other customers was the real turn off. If I had come here and read reasonable responses to customers concerns, I would have returned and contacted the support hotline to figure out the issue. However when I read the unprofessional, combative responses to other customers, as well as the many reviews from customers stating that the help line and live chat were useless in contacting anyone in a timely manner, and when they finally were contacted, the responses from the customer service agents seemed consistently rude and unprofessional. This is why I chose not to continue the transaction with this company, not because of the coupon code not working. The cognitive dissonance and mental gymnastics that the company puts into their responses to justify their rude, unprofessional behavior is really something to behold.TestClear.com

I was in a complete panic after reading reviews on here and thinking I had just got scammed. Well, GREAT news, I did overnight delivery on a 5-day detox and it was here the next morning, despite me ordering late in the day. I then ordered a 10-day detox, realizing 5 may not be enough. I am on day 6 and testing clean. I was a very heavy, morning-to-bedtime smoker. I had quit one day prior to starting the cleanse. So, anyone reading the negative reviews here, relax and know it boils down to not being able to please everyone.TestClear.com

I ordered a 3 day detox kit and paid an extra $42.00 to have it in 2 days It arrived 5 days later. Well past the day I needed to start it. I contacted customer service and they stated that Fed Ex and *** have suspended 2 day shipping due to covid. So just be warned you can pay for it but you will not be getting it. They are making a killing off 2 day shipping. Just curious as to why it is even offered.TestClear.com

Hi There Testclear Customer, Prior to ordering we did inform you that there was a possibility that your package might not arrive on time, but you went ahead and placed your order knowing this. You placed your order on a Wed June 22, 2022 which was supposed to be delivered on Friday June 24, 2022, but it was delivered on Monday 27, 2022. Your package was only 1 day late because you counted the weekend as shipping days. The terms and conditions that you agreed to say that weekends are not counted as days in transit but to embellish your review you decided to include them. So here are the facts - we told you before you ordered that it was possible your order could be delivered late, but you ordered anyway. I am not sure what else we could have done for you. I ordered their 3-day Detox on a Monday, and paid $35 extra to get the kit to me within the next 3 days. A full 8 days later, the kit finally showed up,far outside of the time window where it would have been used. Not only would they not refund the shipping cost, but they blamed me for not having read that "their shipping might not work", written in the very lengthy "Terms and Conditions".I cannot say if their product works or not -- I did not need it as it did not show ** in time for the person I purchased it for. I am going to give it to someone who might be able to use it, or I will throw it away.If you must get product from them, do not pay for extra shipping speed.The shipping from them is a total scam. Others have had this same experience with them -- I just failed to read it in time.But, if you can avoid them, do so. There is a large red banner on our website at the top to let the customer know that shipping may have delays. This is the reference the customer is pretending was 'buried' in lengthy Terms and Conditions. This is not true. His package did suffer a ***** delivery delay, unfortunately. That's our least favorite thing to have happen with our customers. We apologize profusely for the delay to this customer. We offered him a generous coupon on any future orders to say we're sorry for the ***** delay with his package. However, the customer attempted friendly fraud and initiated a credit card chargeback telling his credit card company he didn't receive any merchandise. We provided all documentation and communications to his credit card company who held him accountable for the merchandise he ordered and received, despite a delay with his delivery. This is a complete lie. I have pictures with times on them showing I contacted them right away after placing my order and all they did was print off a shipping label that could be cancelled with a couple clicks of a mouse. Product had not shipped. This business are scammers who steal peoples money
