The product did not deliver, I have sent emails with no response. The $200 shampoo failed to meet expectations even with following directions properly. I cant even leave a review! I would like my money back, they can keep the 30 dollars in shipping they charged me, but I want my money back for what I spent on the product.Business Response

This is an invalid complaint as submitted.
The cardholder failed a hair test for toxins after receiving and using shampoos to pass a toxin test. Please review submitted documents:
1. Conversation with cardholder in which she states she received her merchandise and failed a hair toxin test.
2. ***** Proof of Delivery - Signed for and received at the cardholder's residence.
This is an invalid, made up complaint that is malicious in nature as well documented.
Thank you.

I am rejecting this response because:I am not trying to be "malicious" as it was so eloquently put, but this shampoo "duo" costs $200. Mind you, I had sent an email asking about if this is legitimate; their response should be NO, it is not guaranteed to work. I did get a response back with a ton of different information including using ANOTHER method which is obviously advocated (not recommended but mentioned for what reason?) for. Please see screenshots of both email/information on product page. I WOULD NOT HAVE PURCHASED HAD I KNOW THIS IS AN OBVIOUS MONEY CON!
Sincerely,

On May 17th, 2022 I ordered the 10-day detox program. It arrived fairly quickly and I started the program soon after it arrived. upon completion, I took a couple at home tests that came back positive so I reached out the ToxinRid's customer support who told me to send in all UPC labels, my invoice, and a copy of my certified results showing I failed. I sent everything they asked for. I used a sign-for delivery service and my package sat at the post office for a few weeks before C ***** signed for it on July 8th. I have since sent 6 emails asking for an update but continue to get no response. I have copies of all emails showing I did exactly what was asked but they refuse to honor their guarentee.Business Response

HI There,
Can you send me all the documentation that you provided? Normally when refunds get rejected it is due customers not providing all the materials as requested. But if you send the documentation I will personally take a look at it.
Looking forward to hearing from you.

Better Business Bureau:
I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ********, and have enclosed the copies they requested. I do not have the original UPC labels as those were mailed in but I did take pictures of all of them and have included that.
Sincerely,

Hi *****,
I have reviewed your documents, thank you for those.
When speaking with the department that handles the approval & denial of these claims, they have two issues on record.
1. They claim the order confirmation was not included in the documentation. The attached file "pop.pdf" seems to be appropriate, but also may not have been physically mailed in. This I unfortunately cannot verify without the physical documents in hand.
2. The testing documentation is missing what your sample actually tested at. This is an issue as if you tested below 50ng/ml, it is not considered a positive result at the federal cutoff. The lab results seem to indicate the lab test at 15ng/ml. Any result between ***** would therefore be considered a positive result by this lab's standards, but not by federal standards.
I understand this level of scrutiny can be frustrating, but is essential to our ability to discern the absolute truth of the matter.
Thank you

I placed an order with them for overnight shipping and never received the product. I tried to contact the company by phone and no one answered, so I tried to chat with them online and they said they couldn't help me. Because I never received the product I paid for, I disputed the charge with my bank. The company never contacted me and now I got a letter in the mail from a collections company called fidelity. I originally paid 150 for the product and now they said I owe 225 for them doing a fed ex investigation and it said I got the product and never did. I contacted toxin rid by email since they won't answer my phone calls and the lady refuses to provide the original tracking number and it being very smart with me. I need the tracking number and wanted the investigation number so I can reach out to fed ex. I don't have the original email and kindly asked for the tracking lady and the customer support lady named ***** will not provide it. She will respond to my emails by saying I already have it. I don't know why she is so resistant to providing the number. She will not help me and I don't know what to do. I don't want to pay collections as I never got the product I paid for.Business Response

Hi There,
You placed an order on our website and you requested that the package be dropped at your premise You waived the signature option and agreed to take full responsibly for the package. The package was delivered the next day. One week goes by and you send us a support ticket saying you never got it. SO we initiate a claim with ***** in your behalf. When ***** was doing research on the claim you decided to dispute the charge with your credit card company. ***** came back with the results and determined that the package was properly delivered.
So we sent you to collections because you are partaking in friendly fraud. You got your money back from credit card company, but ***** shows that the package was properly delivered.
You keep saying you never got this or that email, but I reviewed that you have gotten all emails that are important to this case. You even tried to dispute the collections notice but the collections agency in fact determined it was a valid debt. I am sure they provided you with evidence that it's a valid debt.
