    Pr-ordered Mini-Max e bike on their website on May 18 2024 .     I ordered an E bike from Propella in August of 2024. They took **** money up front. They never delivered the bike and last week they told me by email I should contact my credit card company because they did not know when if ever they would have the bike.

    Purchased the mini max 8/22/2204 e bike for $799.00 paid in full and have not received the bike or a refund to date. The business is not responding to emails, they have not shipped my e bike nor have they tendered an offer for a refund.

    I placed an order for an XR Battery Upgrade Kit for $300 + $30 tax on August 24, 2024. The order was labelled as a pre-order with fall delivery.Propella stated that a refund could be given at any time before the shipment is created by contacting them. I have responded to the order email as it states "If you have any questions regarding your order, please reply to this email." They have not responded after a request for an estimated shipping update or refund as requested on Oct 1, 6, 10, 29, Nov 13, and Dec 5. Propella has failed to respond to any emails or contact requests through the "Contact" page on their website.Propella has not tried to resolve the problem or provided any sort of communication or ways to contact.I am requesting a full refund as they have failed to provide the product or any form of communication 112 days after recieving the order with payment confirmation.

    The original purchase was 10/9/2023, which means it was still under warranty when the battery went bad in August 2024. After multiple attempts to communicate with the seller, I received the attached on 9/10/2024, both stipulating to the warranty coverage and agreeing to send an ** upgrade kit at no charge. I have never heard from them again, including zero responses to messages sent 11/2 and 11/28. I simply want the battery upgrade kit that I was promised. If not, a full refund of the $749.00 or a brand-new e-bike would be acceptable. I am sure the ** battery upgrade kit is preferable to them, but I will accept either option.

    I made a pre-order purchase in April 16 this year, and received a response in June about my order status, stating that there was a delay and that I should expect delivery by September. I did not receive any order status after that and I have sent email and website messages (there is no contact phone number) and received NO replies. I requested a refund and have not heard from them.

    I purchased a bike online from them on October 27 2024. It was my second purchase from them. It was a pre-order so I inquired as to the timing of the shipping. As of Nov 14, I have sent 6 unanswered emails. There is no phone number provided. An email from them arrived this week asking everyone to send money to them, as an investment or a crowdfunding gift. I can only surmise that any orders taken recently were fraudulent as they knew they were insolvent and lack any staff.

    I ordered and PAID for a new battery on August 4 2024 with the expectation of an order confirmation and shipping advice . Here we are on November 14th with no status despite MULTIPLE requests via email & the Propella web site messaging system for a planned shipping status. NOTE the initial expectation was for an October production run of the battery; hence delivery by now.

    Hello, I'm filing a complaint on this company due to long shipping times and zero communication in regards to the timeline. I've reached out to cancel my order 8 days ago via their support email and the contact us section of their website. I am looking to get my refund back from my pre-order of the Mini Max bike and light that was a total of $899.00.

    The bike was purchased on August 11th, 2023. The electric bike stopped working June 10th 2024. Complaints were made in June directly to the website. They responded in July and did send parts but they did not work. **** was under warranty for a year and it broke within this time. Something on the bike is making the batteries not work. All communication has stopped from Propella. Bikes electric power still does not work. The price for the bike was $1,099.
