I'm filing this complaint on behalf of ********************************* where I'm employed. Make-A-Wish contracted PS2 Group (fall 12/winter 23) to print an invitation for our largest annual fundraising event, a Gala and Auction. Things did not go as planned with the printing or the invite assembly, and the communication was not ideal. BUT, the real crux of the problem is that PS2 Group has charged us for this work 3 times. They initially charged us double the amount. We contacted *******************************, owner of PS2 Group, in April 2023 upon noticing this mistake. I called, left a voicemail, and sent an email notifying her of this mistake and asking for a refund for the overage. I never got a response so I turned it over to our President and CEO, *************************, who took up correspondence thereafter.************************ responded to ************** and said she would credit the account. That never happened. ************** then followed up with her several times to ask for a credit and those emails went unanswered. Then, PS2 Group charged us a third time, instead of refunding us. In total, PS2 Group charged Make-A-Wish $18,165.93 for a job that should have cost $6,055.31. We contacted them over half a dozen times (April-June) before turning this over to our attorneys (July) to resolve. Our attorneys repeatedly tried (July-October) to get ************************ to refund the $12,110.62. She agreed, but we have yet to see a dime. This is no way to conduct business with anyone, let alone a nonprofit. This situation has caused our organization stress, depleted our time and resources, and ultimately robbed a child of their wish. As a nonprofit, every dollar is crucial.I want the public to be aware and informed of PS2 Group's business practices and to refrain from entering into business with this company. We are also seeking repayment in the amount owed but have exhausted what we can afford to do legally so that's why I'm reaching out to the BBB.
