    I am writing to formally report a serious and recurrent issue with Shoperies.com, a business based in *******, **, that has been engaging in unethical practices by selling products significantly past their expiration dates. This matter has direct implications for public health and safety, and I believe it warrants immediate attention and investigation by your department.Details of the Concern:Shoperies.com, located at *****************************************************************, has on multiple occasions sold items to me that were expired, in some cases by over two years. Despite repeated complaints to their customer service, this hazardous practice continues unabated.Implications:The sale of expired goods, especially food items, poses a significant health risk to consumers and undermines trust in local businesses. Such practices contravene consumer protection laws and health regulations designed to safeguard the public.Request for Action:Given the potential health risks and the ongoing nature of these violations, I urge your department to conduct a thorough investigation into Shoperies.coms business practices.     Thank you reaching out to us and log your complaint against our business.

    We were not able to track the customer based on the limited details provided and there no customer in our record based on the name provided. Alo we are a membership only service and do not provide service to anyone. Only service to mutually known contacts. 

    Please provide us with more details to effectively mitigate the problem and take it back to our vendors and fix the issues in a timely manner.

    We are a online grocery delivery business curating to work with multiple vendors. All our prices, expiry dates and rest are available to consumers at the time of pickup/ delivery and are free to return them whenever they want. We also have an official channel to claim complaints and have responses done on time. Our SLA are usually within 24 hours to respond. Some of our products are imported directly from multiple countries resulting in non standard way of printing the dates on the boxes. We control the line on expiry dates of products imported directly. The ones we buy from our supplier network we try to do our best to remove these based on dates printed on the cases. 

    If we know about the transaction records and product details it will be easy to work with our vendors and fix the problems on a timely manner. Also we would request them to reach via official channels first @ **************** for quick resolution before claiming on other areas.

    I am rejecting this response because: My account is by the name of *********************** (my husband's name) - *******************; Order #****** - my last order with them. 

    I did receive a call, but it was not a satisfactory response.  

    I want the item replaced with fresh products, to which they said all their packages of that particular item (***************************) is near expiry. Even the replacement they sent me of 1-2 products (eg Asofetida - expiring in 6 months from now) are very near to expiry. 

    This is happening after I give a special note on my every order to please check expiry date before sending. 

    This is a systemic fraud performed by this business.

    The order which had an expiry item was redelivered to you in entiriety the next day with no additional cost. In addition to that, we are also reviewing our quality check process to ensure that expired items do not get delivered to customers.
