    I called the company to have our furnace valve replaced after PSE mechanic informed us there was a gas leak. I gave the make and model of our furnace as well as the exact valve involved to the company on the phone. I was told that the company will send someone to diagnose the problem and fix as needed. On the day of appointment, the mechanic did not even try to diagnose the problem. He said he trusted PSE's diagnoses and no further diagnostic tests were needed. He also did not have the replacement valve required to fix the issue. It was a waste of everyone's time. And we are $200 short for basically something they could have told me on the phone. I know everyone needs to make a living but stealing someone else's hard earned money isn't the right way.

    We are so sorry your experience did not meet your expectations! We have refunded your charges in full and tried to make this right by sending a different technician to complete the diagnosis and work needed. You did not want anyone from our company to come back, but we hope you have found the answer to your issue. I am very sorry we did not give you the proper service and the technician did not take care of your issue as he should. This is not typical of our company. We always do everything we can for our customers.
