I had a very positive experience working with **** Johnson from Johnson Custom Builders during the initial design and planning phase of my project. **** dedicated significant time to meeting with me and coordinating with his team to ensure a cohesive and thoughtful design process. I appreciated the effort they put into providing curated sample products that aligned with my vision.What stood out the most was the comprehensive cost analysis they prepared. It included clear breakdowns of all the items I requested, along with additional detailed cost options, which made it much easier to understand the financial scope of the project.Although Ive decided to postpone the project for now, I look forward to working with **** in the future. Their professionalism, attention to detail, and client-focused approach give me confidence in their ability to bring my vision to life when the time is right.

I worked with Johnson Custom Builders to build a home addition from initial consultation to final walk-through. Throughout this process, **** was always professional, courteous, and attentive to our needs. He took the time to listen to our ideas and understand our vision, and suggested a design that blends seamlessly with our existing home. **** kept us informed every step of the way, providing regular updates on the project timeline, budget, and any issues that arose. His communication skills were excellent, and he was always available to answer our questions and address our concerns. In summary, our experience working with **** was outstanding; my wife and I feel like we were well advised throughout the entire process and we made it through lengthy construction work with little stress on our end. Our family highly recommends working with Johnson Custom Builders. **** is by far the best contractor we've ever worked with and we've done multiple projects with him over the last 4+ years. We originally hired him to finish our garage, outdoor studio shed, and mud room on our old house. His crew were all courteous, professional and completed the work extremely well and ahead of schedule. As our family and home business expanded, we started looking at new homes in the area with the intention to renovate. We purchased a new place in early 2023, but before our old house went on the market there was a water leak in the kitchen and it needed some major repairs before we could list it for sale. **** came to our rescue and managed to get everything done before the Summer was over, and it sold just a few weeks after he finished up.****** crew then started working to get our new house fully modernized and upgraded to our desired specifications. He is always communicative and easy to work with when discussing ideas and designs. The crew did an excellent job on everything and you can see it in the craftmanship of the finishes. It was a pretty massive project, but **** was able to get our family in to the new house in the projected timeline and we couldn't be happier with the results. We plan to continue using Johnson Custom Builders for all our future renovation projects and I would recommend getting in touch with them if you want a contractor that has a great sense of indoor/outdoor design, building expertise and reliable communication.Johnson Custom Builders

We recently worked with Johnson Custom Builders to complete a total remodel of our master ******************* and we are absolutely thrilled with the results. We interviewed about 5 companies for the job, and it was clear from the start that working with the owner at JCB was a perfect match for us. This was our first major renovation, and we were anxious about basically everything! We worked directly with the owner, and he made sure that we knew exactly what to expect at every point of the process. He encouraged us to dream big and then figured out ways to value engineer a solution that was closer to our budget. He brought experts into the project and was very respectful of our home and our family while the project was in process. He was the perfect blend of consultant, designer, builder, project manager, and sometimes even a mediator (!) when we couldn't agree on things. We are excited to continue remodeling our home in the coming years and wouldn't dream of using anyone other than JCB.Johnson Custom Builders

I had the pleasure of working with a contractor, Johnson Custom Builders who also doubled as a design consultant for my recent laundry room renovation and flex room remodel/new bar area and I couldn't be happier with the results! From start to finish, this experience has been a seamless journey.First and foremost, I was impressed by the creative flair and ability to tailor the design to cater perfectly to my small laundry room space. The transformation of the flex room including best used space by docking my live edge desk also serves as an extension to my dining table. I was impressed by his ability to custom design and build furniture to complement and multipurpose these two spaces. Johnson Custom Builders truly understands the art of optimizing every inch of the room, ensuring that no space went to waste. The custom cabinets they crafted are works of art and detail second to none.. The dual functionality aspect they incorporated into the design was a so smart, making my laundry room not only efficient but also multifunctional.Throughout the projects, JCBs communication skills exceeded my expectations. Their ability to translate my vision into reality was impressive, and they even offered valuable suggestions that enhanced the overall outcome.JCBs professionalism and work ethic came through throughout the project. They demonstrated a passion for their craft, and it was evident that they take pride in their work. **** and his team have done a really outstanding job for us over a number of different projects. He's very detailed during the planning process, whether it's thinking through different details, making design suggestions based on your preferences, or walking through questions that you might have either about the design or about the process in which he and his team will carry out the project. He's extremely responsive to all questions you might have before, during, and even after the project is complete. He's the only person that we trust to handle structurally significant work (he helped us with a structurally damaged beam that spanned a floor of our house as well as a large deck teardown and reconstruction), and we won't hesitate to reach out to him for our next big project.Johnson Custom Builders

We have hired ******************************* (Johnson Custom Builders) for 3 projects since 2017: two complete bathroom remodels including making a shower wheelchair accessible, and a total kitchen rebuild that required taking down a wall and replacing all the flooring. **** handled everything from start to finish, and recommended several design elements that we hadn't considered. We chose to go with his recommendations and I'm glad we did! **** is very professional, as is the team that he works with. And it can be hard to find people in the home construction/repair industry that have great communication and customer service, but you get all of that working with ****. He was also patient throughout the process and if I had any questions or concerns, he addressed them right away.Johnson Custom Builders
