    After some more research and on-site interviews, we decided to choose Custom Pavers and Design. At first, I was a little hesitant because replacing major decks did not appear to be what they do. But because most of the customer reviews on Custom Pavers were so high, and because a couple of the reviews WERE by individuals very similar to our situation, we decided to go with Custom Pavers--and we are so very pleased that we did!**** was very cordial and professional. His friendly manner was very much appreciated. He listened to our project plans and ideas. He answered our many questions about concepts and details. **** was very informative.Overall, with Custom Pavers, everything progressed very well. Naz, the company owner was exceptionally wonderful to work with. Despite having her hands full managing her growing family, as well as all the problem-solving required of running her company operation, Naz was always pleasant and professional. It was a joy working with her!During the project, the work crew members were hard-working and diligent. **** also came in to check on things and help in clarifying how we wanted certain job details accomplished. When we asked about some of those details, **** promptly addressed them, either by getting adjustments made or giving us a reasonable explanation why some detail couldn't really be done without extra cost to us.Both the deck(s) demolition and hauling away, and the old retaining wall replacement with a newly constructed stone block one, were large projects for a single-family home like ours. During the demolition work, some damage was inadvertently done to our new sprinkler system. We got the repairs made, and Naz was very helpful in that process.We are very satisfied with the project results, and most certainly would hire Custom Pavers again in the future for similar projects.
