    On November 29th, I went to the *** Store in *******. The lady at the counter (*****) was extremely rude and I called out her behavior. After I dropped the package (********************** ***** *** takes **** packages) it has been 2 weeks and it show the item was not handed for delivery. When I called back to check what was going on, the same lady was extremely sarcastic suggesting she indeed did not handle the package.I strongly believe the package was either stolen by her or not handled to **** and it is hidden somewhere in the store.I have filed a police report

    This gentleman was extremely rude and accused our staff of stealing his packages. When I tried to respond to his complaint he was extremely rude to me. 

    **** lost his package. The fact we accept **** packages to hand to the post office does not constitute a responsibility when **** loses their item. 

    We are no different than if he dropped his item at a metal box on the corner. 


    We are not able to do anything for this gentelman, he has not receipt that he dropped it off in fact so it is indeed a false accusation. ************. We did not enter into a sale with this guy, and that would be the only way we would have any liability here. 


    Nothing left for us to do. Matter is closed. The item may end up getting delivered that he is looking for. The whole world knows how messed up shipping is right now especially at ****. 

     

    Thanks. But we are done. We are not the post office.

    I am rejecting this response because the answer is absurd and reflects that the behavior from the employees comes the top. My package was lost/stolen at the store
