      I have placed an order on August 12th 2024. they called me and told me that they will need time to finalize the order as they dont know if I can apply the coupon or not! I told them to cancel my order as I need the food at a specific time window. They were reluctant to do that and made many excuses at that time! They gave me a number to call. I had to make several calls back and forth to the owner and the store. After several attempts, They cancelled my order and told me to wait a week to get refund. Today is August 23rd! They still did not refund my money. When I called them, same person picked up the phone and told me the ownership Had been changed! They are fraud and thief!

      Please note that the Pizza Twist location in *******, **, has recently been acquired by a new ownership and management team since Aug 21st. Unfortunately, we do not have access to the previous owners systems, which limits our ability to process refunds for transactions that occurred prior to the change in ownership.

      However, we would like to offer you a $31 store credit as a gesture of goodwill. Additionally, we would be happy to provide you with a complimentary pizza on your next visit to our store.
