      Im one of over a hundred parents who were misrepresented by the preschool/pre-K programs offered by Bellevue Children Academy. BCA intended to start preschool/pre-K program at Satellite 2 campus on September 1st, 2022 before license and fire ****************** We are concerned about the safety, facilities and teaching resources after visiting the campus. We paid made 3 payments on the tuition and registration fees in advance in August:- ******** $6,915 -Registration fee: $1,500 The general sentiment after visiting the facilities on August 30th 2022 was that the classrooms and the campus were not ready for the children. The school was ready to start the Preschool and Pre-K program at ************* 2, address ***** **********, Bellevue WA on Sep 1st, 2022 without an approved license and without the approval of the ************************* toilets are adult sized.The ratio of bathrooms to children is concerning Playground:No outdoor playground of Satellite 2. The school failed to communicate that Satellite 2 Campus didnt have an Outdoor playground. Safety concerns about moving children from Satellite 2 to 1 across an ungated parking with lots of trucks passing b When it was discovered that the school didn't have license and the other concerns. The ********************** delayed the program or offered alternatives that are not suitable for young kids/nor that they have approved license to offer them. So, the ********************** didn't start on 9.1.22 as previously stated. I wrote several emails that were unanswered to state that due to the changes and their lack of license for the building, I wanted to withdraw my son and get a full refund. All with no response.
