  We booked an international trip not realizing that our passports had to be valid for at least three months beyond our date of departure from the country we were visiting. With departure less than 30 days away (and a cruise scheduled during those 30 days) I was a bit panicked. I found Allstate via an online search and while I was a bit nervous about it, I decided to try it based on the 100 percent positive reviews on the BBB website. So very glad I did! The process could not have been more seamless. I paid for 10 business day return service and had the passports back including all shipping time in 9 days including two weekends. The website instructions were very straightforward. I received status emails every step of the way. I even received an email on Sunday after shipping the package on Saturday to request the ***** tracking number so they could follow it for receipt. I can't speak for their other services but if you need a passport renewed quickly, I highly recommend Allstate. What a pleasure to do business with a company that actually meets (and exceeds) expectations!!

  I am a frequent traveller which usually does not allow me to stay-put more than a month at home in the **** So I needed to renew my passport in less than 4 weeks, and knowing that there are reported back *** through the usual avenues of renewal I decided to explore my options. I chose to go with Allstate and they exceeded my expectations. I requested the expedited renewal (15 business days), and followed their clear instructions on their website. In addition, a quick phone call to their office for further clarification of a details resulted in a call back in less than 10 minutes. Spoke to ***** who was very polite and knowledgeable. Allstate kept me informed through every step of the process, notifying me when they got my documents, making sure my file met all requisites. I also got emails when the file was completed and when my renewed passport was sent to me with proper tracking codes via ****** I got my new passport in about 10 calendar days. Over all it was a smooth, seamless process and I highly recommend them if you want to be assured of reliable, efficient and top notch passport renewal process.

  My husband and I are going on a family trip 8/16 and discovered on 7/20 that his passport expired. We didn't have the time to go to the *************** ourselves, if we were even able to get an appointment. Our trip has solid plans with family so we couldn't postpone and had no idea what to do. I found Allstate and was skeptical to pay and send these important documents to a company I had never heard of in hopes of receiving something back. I followed the instructions and liked that they provided clear instructions and gave the option to purchase your own shipping or use their service to be sent a shipping label. We took the chance because we had no other option. I chose the 10 business day service, which guarantees the passport would be completed in 10 business days not including shipping time or weekends. I just received our passport back on the 7th business day (including shipping!). The passport is correct and complete, the service was quick and reliable, and I felt comfortable knowing I could text or call them anytime if I needed to. The 10 business day turnaround meant we would have received the passport back the day before our trip, but with it being done and returned early we are able to breathe easier knowing we have all the necessary documents a week prior.

  I was hesitant to use Allstate because they did not have any reviews here (although they do on ******** so I wanted to be sure to leave one now that Ive received my passport back. Allstate was very straight forward with instructions that took a lot of stress out of the process, and the team was easy to communicate with by phone and text. We realized my husbands passport was expired less than a month before our trip, and Allstate was able to get our passport back ahead of the promised date. Would recommend to anyone who needs to expedite their passport!
