    The owner does not know how to take criticism of their technician just because I was honest about my experiences during my service call. Due to this experience, which is my only negative thumbtack review, I recommend not utilizing this company. Feel free to read below for the text the owner sent me and the *************** This is the first time I have had such an unprofessional company that I am literally cross-posting The owner reached out to me stating that You never plan to remove that review lets be honest I tried to reach out to you. You block my messages and calls. Thank you for your not honest review. It doesnt reflect any of our services.All you did was harm own business was trying to raise a family and kids We never even serviced you we spend our time effort and money to get your information to be there on site to do inspection and give you a full detailed price for this old project What you did is wrong and thats what I really think but I will leave you alone now. Have a wonderful weekend. Enjoy your 4th July.. See below for thumbtack review: The technician I had made me decide to go with another company. The technician spilled a ton of information, which is completely fine; however, when the technician reacts poorly to me asking questions.thats another story. He stated my system required a whole new conversion since a part from my manufacturer would take weeks from *****. I told him we are not in a rush and can order the part and wait. He proceeded to make it clear that I had to convert ($900). Extremely unprofessional. UPDATED: The owner tried to resolve this issue and compensate me for the experience. however, the technician reached out to me personally stating my review is unhelpful, not accurate, and unfair due to this review being about the technician, it will stand.

    We had an old tilt-up door that was heavy, and required manual open/lock. We chose AAA garage door since the whole team (Dor, and *****) was responsive, organized, and not-pushy. We went with an insulated overhead sectional door with windows, belt drive, and battery backup.***** was insanely quick with the installation, he only needed 2 hrs for the entire job of removing the old door and installing the new door.There was a mix up in ordering and after installation we realized I didnt get the windows I had previously asked for, but *** came back the same day and replaced the section. The curb appeal is immensely better and I have no regrets on choosing AAA Garage Door.
